Special teachers practically live at school and wear the shirt of Special Education with much love and dedication. &amp;nbsp;All with the same purpose of bringing these students with the knowledge of Braille and communication through touch. Inspired by Lev Vygotsky "The Butterflies of Zagorsk" is a true example of dedication and commitment to Special Education. Based on this documentary I believe that teachers might start a new project aimed at inclusion with a reflective look. São especialistas em deficiência auditiva e fazem a diferença na Educação de Guaratinguetá dando um curso diferenciado de LIBRAS, na UNESP.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Para quem não sabe, a LIBRAS “Língua Brasileira de Sinais” é utilizada pelos surdos brasileiros. Por ser considerada uma língua e não linguagem, tem estruturas lingüísticas e gramaticais próprias e prestam funções igualmente a uma língua oral. Não se trata de uma língua universal, pois cada país apresenta sua língua.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Para falarmos sobre a formação e habilitação do professor de LIBRAS, é necessário conhecermos algumas características fundamentais sobre esta língua. Ferreira Brito (1998, p 23) menciona: “A LIBRAS é dotada de uma gramática constituída a partir de elementos constitutivos das palavras ou itens lexicais e de um léxico que se estruturam a partir de mecanismos fonológicos, morfológicos, sintáticos, [...]”. Na UNESP de Guaratinguetá, as duas excelentes professoras vêm fazendo um trabalho especial oferecendo um curso de LIBRAS, como especialistas em deficiência auditiva.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Ao conversar com elas, vamos perceber que há relevância em seus trabalhos. Ou seja, praticam o ensino da língua brasileira de sinais com muita habilidade profissional que facilita a aprendizagem. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;No presente trabalho, Ana Maria e Luciene Maciel envolvem exercícios diferenciados como a caça palavra, cruzadinhas, dinâmica em grupo, vídeos em libras, brincadeiras, etc. Isso faz o diferencial na didática e metodologia utilizadas nas aulas de LIBRAS.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Congratulamos essas docentes pelo nobre trabalho com bons resultados na UNESP.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;“Respeitar o surdo como cidadão, antes de mais nada é querer que o cidadão seja inserido na nação sendo capaz de de exercer a uma profissão”. A primeira APAE criada no Brasil foi em 1954 no Rio de Janeiro. No tocante à "&lt;em&gt;Inclusão&lt;/em&gt;" no Brasil, o sistema de ensino ainda tem muitos caminhos a seguir para garantir um ensino de boa qualidade. A Rede Pública de Ensino ficou com a missão de incluir os alunos com necessidades especiais. Mas, como seria a Inclusão Social se não houvesse o trabalho magnânimo dos profissionais das APAEs? Quando se fala em Inclusão, logo devemos pensar no “&lt;em&gt;social&lt;/em&gt;”, social este que é praticado dentro das APAEs. A APAE de Guaratinguetá vem corroborando este processo. Ainda há necessidade de um repensar sobre a Inclusão, pois se houvesse um entretenimento direto entre APAEs e Escolas do Município, quem sabe poderíamos falar com mais autenticidade sobre Inclusão Social e Escolar. Para saber enfrentar as diferenças, não seria mais auspicioso que os educadores tivessem uma visão melhor sobre o importante trabalho realizado pelos profissionais da APAE? Precisamos viver o presente, mas sem matar o espírito de criança que há em nós. Devemos cultivar sonhos, simplicidade, às vezes inocência, amor aos animais e principalmente amor ao próximo e amar ao próximo é amar a Deus que é nossa semelhança. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Pensando desta forma a equipe gestora&amp;nbsp;da Escola Broca Meirelles resolveu mostrar às suas crianças a importância de partilhar o que tem. Trata-se do projeto “Carinho partilhado”. É uma verdadeira ação social na escola, planejada pela equipe e que já está trazendo bons resultados, ou seja, as crianças se sentiram solidárias por saberem que existem muitas que não têm seus pais para ganhar um presente, muitos não têm seus lares muito menos carinho de alguém. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Com a parceria da família, as crianças da Escola Broca Meirelles estão doando um brinquedo que não usam mais. Tudo isso será entregue às Instituições Casa Solar das Crianças e Casa da Criança Sol Nascente, em Guaratinguetá. Certamente a vida tem mais sentido e beleza quando podemos ajudar a construir sonhos de outras pessoas. Este é o objetivo da&amp;nbsp;direção e da equipe Broca Meirelles.&amp;nbsp;As crianças não enxergam o feio, o diferente, o gordo o magro, apenas aceitam e respeitam a maneira de ser de cada um. Os professores da Educação Inclusiva falaram um pouco sobre a adaptação curricular para os alunos inclusos em classe comum. A professora especialista Lucy falou sobre a importância de se avaliar alunos com necessidades especiais, o que se tornou uma excelente aula de educação inclusiva para os professores presentes. Trata-se de um jardim sensorial que supera um lugar simplesmente terapêutico e passa a exercer a socialização e inclusão das pessoas que possuem a deficiência visual ou intelectual. Com esta ação, a equipe Broca Meirelles vem a fortalecer a formação da cidadania e a igualdade de condições para todos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A diretora Mônica Rocha Andrade Marcondes Velloso e sua equipe conseguiram recuperar e transformar um espaço verde da escola em um espaço sensorial onde as atividades socioambientais se unem as atividades culturais, fomentando uma inclusão democrática e cidadã.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mas, para que tudo isto fosse concretizado houve a necessidade de colaboradores da SAEG de Guaratinguetá, da paisagista Mary Aaroon, da talentosa professora e bióloga Rosângela Viana que coordenou o trabalho dos alunos e professores e dos funcionários da escola que gentilmente trabalharam arduamente para esta realização social. Hoje a Escola Broca Meirelles pode promover encontros e oficinas pedagógicas voltadas às pessoas com deficiência visual ou intelectual.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Flexibilizar o espaço transformando em recursos pedagógicos direcionados a diversidade é a verdadeira missão desta equipe cujo corpo docente não permite que alunos com deficiência sejam tratados como incapazes e fortalece a ideia de que o assistencialismo precisa ser deixado de lado priorizando simplesmente a educação das minorias.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Humanização e trabalho em equipe, planejamento e organização, consciência ambiental e o respeito à diversidade já fazem parte do cotidiano educacional na Escola Broca Meirelles, graças a uma equipe que não mede esforços para mostrar que inclusão social se faz com ações concretas e não simplesmente com segregações assistenciais.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Futuramente muitas das espécies do jardim sensorial plantadas pelos alunos e professores desta escola poderão ser colhidas como: Alecrim, Gengibre, Estévia, Confrei, Cavalinha gigante, Erva doce, Erva cidreira, Carqueja, Cebolinha verde, Hortelã, Melissa, etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tudo isso foi possível porque existiu a coragem, a ousadia, a humildade e a magnanimidade estampado no rosto de uma diretora e de sua equipe gestora que bravamente acreditaram nesta importante realização social que visa o bem estar dos seus alunos e da comunidade. E por executar um programa de educação socioambiental, hoje a Escola Broca Meirelles se tornou um modelo para que outras unidades escolares sigam o exemplo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div E uma das ações concretas de humanização da equipe gestora com o apoio da Secretaria Municipal de Educação foi a criação de uma sala de recursos multifuncional, isto é, uma sala para atender aos alunos com deficiência visual.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;A sala de recursos da Escola Broca Meirelles é um espaço de investigação e compreensão dos processos cognitivos, sociais e emocionais, visando à superação das dificuldades de aprendizagem e o desenvolvimento de diferentes possibilidades dos sujeitos. Neste ambiente há equipamentos como: computadores com a linguagem Dosvox, impressora Braille, livros falados, sorobans, calculadoras sonoras, globo terrestre em relevo e muitos outros materiais pedagógicos específicos à natureza das necessidades especiais de cada aluno.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Nesta sala o aluno com deficiência visual poderá ter acesso à Internet e utilizar as funções do "&lt;em&gt;Edivox&lt;/em&gt;" editor de textos onde o aluno poderá entrar no "&lt;em&gt;Papavox&lt;/em&gt;" chat de bate papo, "&lt;em&gt;Cartavox&lt;/em&gt;" envio e recebimento de emails e muitas outras tecnologias usando o software "Dosvox" onde os professores especialistas estão aptos para preparar os alunos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;O professor da sala de recursos deve prestar uma ajuda técnica-pedagógica aos professores de classe comum, para elaboração de plano pedagógico juntamente com o coordenador da escola  e fornecer meios didáticos especializados ou adaptados, necessários ao desenvolvimento do currículo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;A escola Broca Meirelles passou, nesse sentido, a ter uma missão ainda maior frente à diversidade, abrindo as portas para as pessoas com deficiências onde a inclusão tornou-se um dos processos que visa primordialmente à formação da cidadania de todos os seus alunos, portanto o lema desta equipe gestora é continuar adequando a escola da melhor forma possível aos processos de inclusão.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Nesta sala os alunos trabalham com materiais e recursos pedagógicos, através de um atendimento diferenciado. Uma das tecnologias apresentada aos professores de classe especial é o sistema Dosvox, ou seja, a comunicação através de síntese de voz onde entra em ação o teclado do computador cujos usuários são alunos deficientes visuais.
